Here&#8217;s how the facts are broken down:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fault_1_Oil_Stops_The_Hydraulic_Broaching_Machine\"><\/span>Fault 1: Oil Stops The Hydraulic Broaching Machine.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When you add oil to the hydraulic broaching machine, it gets dull. This trouble is most likely caused by two things: First, air comes in when the fuel is refilled, and it either doesn&#8217;t leave fully or doesn&#8217;t leave at all. Second, some closing rings were not put in correctly during the fix, which led to leaks inside the machine. If these two things are taken care of, the hydraulic broaching machine will no longer become dull after adding oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fault_2_The_Hydraulic_Broaching_Machine_Is_Leaking_Oil\"><\/span>Fault 2: The Hydraulic Broaching Machine Is Leaking Oil<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The hydraulic broaching machine is leaking oil: It is mostly the rubber closing ring inside the solenoid valve cylinder that lets oil leak out of the hydraulic broaching machine while it is being used. After being exposed to rapid changes in temperature between cold and warm for a long time, the closing ring shows up. Hardening issues like wear and age will start with oil leaks, and then oil drips will show up. It is suggested to change the sealing ring if there is an oil leak in the hydraulic broaching machine because it will break over time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fault_3_The_Hydraulic_Broaching_Machines_Ejector_Rod_Doesnt_Return\"><\/span>Fault 3: The Hydraulic Broaching Machine&#8217;s Ejector Rod Doesn&#8217;t Return<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the hydraulic broaching machine, the ejector rod doesn&#8217;t go back to where it was: The ejector rod of the hydraulic broaching machine won&#8217;t go back to its place when it&#8217;s being used. If this problem happens, the ejector rod should be set to withdraw itself when the valve is turned on. This has to be done. Pros need to check each one by one to see if the compressed one-way valve is broken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fault_5_The_Hydraulic_Oil_Pump_In_The_Broaching_Machine_Hydraulic_System_Does_Not_Deliver_Oil\"><\/span>Fault 5: The Hydraulic Oil Pump In The Broaching Machine Hydraulic System Does Not Deliver Oil.<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reason: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) Due to a lack of pressure in the relief valve, the hydraulic oil pump discharges its output to the oil tank and does not feed oil into the pump.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) The hydraulic system&#8217;s control valve becomes stuck, or the screws used to mount the electromagnet come loose, and the pins on the magnetic core break or fall off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solution: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) Check and adjust the relief valve pressure when the hydraulic oil pump idles and creates noise when starting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Disassemble, check, and clean the hydraulic system&#8217;s control valve, tighten the electromagnet&#8217;s connection screws, or replace the electromagnet core&#8217;s pins, if needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fault_6_Hydraulic_Broaching_Machine_Slide_Plate_Movement_Control_Is_Unflexible\"><\/span>Fault 6: Hydraulic Broaching Machine Slide Plate Movement Control Is Unflexible<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reason: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) If the hydraulic pump station&#8217;s hydraulic oil pump (variable vane, fixed vane, double vane) generates noise, the reversing valve may be slow, the pilot valve stuck, or the electromagnet screw on the pilot valve broke off.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) If there is no sound from a hydraulic oil pump in a hydraulic system (Dongguan Jinzhong Hydraulic Co., Ltd. produces GPY external gear pump, double quantitative vane pump, VP-SF variable vane pump, SQP fixed vane pump, and P variable column Plug pump, VP double vane pump, HVP variable vane pump, IPH internal gear pump, QT hydraulic oil pump, and other hydraulic oil pumps), the reversing valve at the lower part of the h<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solution: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) Disassemble the hydraulic station&#8217;s reversing valve and pilot valve for inspection and cleaning to allow the sliding valve to move freely in the valve hole. Reinstall the screws and pins if they fall out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) Disassemble the hydraulic system&#8217;s reversing valve for examination and cleaning to make the sliding valve move freely in the valve hole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Fault_7_Vibration_occurs_during_broaching_on_hydraulic_broaching_machine\"><\/span>Fault 7:  Vibration occurs during broaching on hydraulic broaching machine<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reason: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) A significant amount of air has entered the broaching machine&#8217;s hydraulic system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) The connecting surfaces of the L6120 horizontal broaching machine&#8217;s hydraulic system are loose or cracked, resulting in hydraulic system leakage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Solution: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(1) Remove the hydraulic system and hydraulic oil pump (main products of hydraulic oil pump manufacturer Jinzhong Hydraulic: hydraulic vane pump, hydraulic gear pump, hydraulic piston pump, solenoid valve, variable vane pump, overflow pump flow valve, pressure valve, directional valve, throttle valve, proportional valve, logic valve), as well as the air in each pipe fitting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(2) To eliminate leakage, fasten the hydraulic pump (hydraulic power unit components: oil tank, variable piston pump, air cooling, motor, hydraulic oil pump, joints, external gear pump, hydraulic valve, internal gear pump, oil pipe, variable vane pump, fixed vane pump, hydraulic pump, pressure gauge, etc.) to each connection surface or replace damaged seals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These are some of the most common problems with <a href=\"https:\/\/broachingmach.com\/de\/hydraulic-broaching-machine\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"1646\">hydraulic broaching<\/a> tools and how to fix them.
