High-Speed CNC Hard Broaching Machine

The LSK5705 high-speed CNC pull-up hard broaching machine is developed by our company with independent intellectual property rights and the first high-speed CNC pull-up hard broaching machine manufactured in China based on 3D modeling and 3D analysis and by means of advanced manufacturing process means. This broaching machine exhibits extremely high machining efficiency so as to significantly reduce the machining cost of single workpiece, and can be equipped with automatic loading and unloading manipulators for connected production.

This broaching machine mainly aims at machining inner holes, internal splines and internal teeth in different shapes of the workpieces after heat treatment, the maximum hardness of the parts of workpieces to be broached is up to HRC60, and this broaching machine is key equipment to improve the surface roughness and tooth profile accuracy of inner holes, internal splines and internal teeth of workpieces, etc.

After sharpening cutting tool edges once, cemented carbide cutting tools can broach nearly ten thousand workpieces, and in total cutting tool edges can be sharpened for approximate 15 times. Successful development of this broaching machine fills a gap in the industry of broaching machines of China.
