Double-Cylinder Vertical Pull-Up Broaching Machine

The broaching machine is more suitable for machining various internal teeth, internal splines and inner geometric holes with complicated machined shapes, large machining allowance and high requirement for accuracy. Double main cylinders of the broaching machine are installed on the surface of machine bed, the connecting lines of the centers of two cylinders are on the same straight line and vertical plane as the center lines of main and auxiliary tool clamps, and no overturning moment is produced. This broaching machine is more suitable for simultaneous machining of larger workpieces or at multiple stations and exhibits high broaching accuracy.,

The broaching machine is operated on HMI and provided with the full-automatic, semi-automatic and manually adjusted machining functions. The broaching machine can be equipped with automatic loading and unloading devices optionally (truss manipulator or joint robot) so as to reduce the labor intensity of operators greatly and improve the machining quality of parts.
