Horizontal Internal Broaching Machine

This series of broaching machine is used for broaching various internal teeth, internal splines and geometric holes with high production efficiency, and suitable for mass production and batch production. This series of broaching machine is driven hydraulically, works stably with stepless speed regulation, and is equipped with overload safety device. The broaching machine is operated in three modes, namely full-automatic circulation, semi-automatic segmentation and manual adjustment. The broaching machine is operated by a master button station with convenience.

Automatic toolholders configured by our company for the broaching machine, are applicable to the broaches which front handles are cylindrical and comply with the national standards (without circumferential positioning), while for the broaches which front handles are nonstandard or the broaches with rectangular handles for machining the parts including transverse keyways, etc., toolholders must be manufactured additionally.
